  • All sales are final once the transaction is completed.

Online Order Replacements

We understand that shipping can sometimes lead to issues. For online orders, we offer a replacement option under strict conditions:

  • Unboxing Video: A proper, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.
  • Verified Issues: Replacements are only granted if the video clearly demonstrates a real issue, defect, or damage to the product.
  • Reporting Time: Issues must be reported with the video within 24 hours of delivery.

Management Authority

Oxisome GYM prides itself on transparency and fairness. Please be advised:

  • The final decision regarding any replacement claim or product issue rests solely with the management/owner.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the unboxing video is missing or if the issue is deemed invalid.
