1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Oxisome GYM facility or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These rules ensure a safe, high-performance environment for all members in Habibpur.

2. Membership & Conduct

Membership is personal and non-transferable. We expect all members to utilize our modern machines and expert coaching with respect. Management reserves the right to terminate membership for any conduct that compromises the safety or environment of the gym.

3. Product Sales & Refunds

We provide premium supplements and fitness gear. Please note our strict commerce policy:

  • No Refunds: All sales of supplements and gear are final. We do not provide cash or credit refunds.
  • Replacements: For online orders, a replacement is only possible if an unedited unboxing video is provided showing a genuine product defect.
  • Final Decision: The owner/management holds the absolute right to make the final decision on all replacement claims.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your strength gear to you with maximum efficiency:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours of successful payment.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.
  • Oxisome GYM is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or public holidays.

5. Health & Liability

Physical training involves inherent risks. By using our facility and equipment, you acknowledge that you are in good physical health. Oxisome GYM is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or underlying medical conditions.
