Rules & Regulations

Maintain respect, cleanliness, and safety at all times by following gym etiquette, wearing proper attire, and using equipment responsibly. Adhere to timings, re-rack weights, and keep the gym environment positive for everyone.

General Conduct

  • Be respectful to staff and fellow members at all times.

  • No aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or inappropriate language.

  • Music must be listened to via headphones; no loudspeakers allowed.

  • No phone calls on the workout floor; use designated areas.

Dress Code

  • Proper athletic attire is mandatory. Bare feet, jeans, and offensive prints are prohibited.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

  • Wipe down equipment after each use.

  • Use a towel on benches and machines to minimize sweat contact.

  • Wear clean gym clothes; no jeans, boots, or offensive attire.

  • Proper athletic shoes must be worn (unless in barefoot-specific zones like yoga).

Equipment Use

  • Return all weights, dumbbells, and plates to their proper place after use.

  • Do not monopolize equipment; limit usage to a reasonable time during peak hours.

  • Do not drop weights unless in designated lifting areas.

  • Use safety collars/clips on barbells.

Time Limits & Etiquette

  • Cardio machine time limit: 30 minutes during peak hours.

  • First-come, first-served basis; no reserving machines.

  • Be willing to share equipment with others (“working in” system).
